    Upon arrival at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted and escorted by private car to your hotel.

    Today, your first stop is Shanghai Museum, one of the Best Four Museums in China. This modern museum, with a round top and a square base which symbolizing the ancient Chinese perception of the world as "round sky, square earth", has collected many international-standard exhibits of bronzes, paintings, calligraphy, sculpture, ceramics, jade from more than 5,000 years ago to the Qing dynasty. Then you will take an interesting visit to Yu Garden, a shining star among all the ancient Chinese gardens in Jiangnan. This garden fully embodies the traditional design of Chinese architecture with jagged pavilions with elegant decorations, glittering pools with roving fish, and pine trees sprouting to the sky, all designed to refresh your mood and spirit. Adjacent to the garden is the Yuyuan Bazaar where you can savor tasteful local snacks and explore elaborate traditional Chinese handicrafts and art works.

    Next, you will drive several kilometers to enjoy a panoramic view of the modern face of Shanghai from the 100th floor (474m) of “the Eye of Shanghai” Shanghai World Financial Center.

    You will then be transferred to another popular landmark of Shanghai, Nanjing Road, a shopping paradise as well as a great place to take a wonderful walk to experience the modern atmosphere of the City. Lastly, you will stop at the Bund, originally a simple towpath for transporting goods but now transformed into a feverish trading district. You will stroll along the Bund, seeing and feeling the perfect fusion of Chinese and Western cultures while at the same time taking in the stunning Shanghai skyline with your own eyes!

  • Day3 Shanghai/Guilin

    Activities for today: Zhujiajiao Water Town, airport transfer (Shanghai, Guilin)

    After breakfast, we will drive about 1 hour to Zhujiajiao. Known as the "Venice of Shanghai", Zhujiajiao has a history of 1,700 years and is a well-preserved waterside ancient town. You’ll stroll along Hundred-year-old North Street, take some pictures on the Fangsheng Bridge (Free Captive Fish Bridge), have a panoramic view of Zhujiao by climbing up to Yuanjin Buddhist Temple, have a sampan ride along the canals and see the old residences, shops and bridges which are filled with classic architectural style in Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368 AD - 1911 AD).

    In the afternoon, drive to Shanghai Pudong International Airport for your flight to Guilin. Upon arrival, your are met and transferred to you hotel check in.

    Activities for today: Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill

    Morning drive to visit the Elephant Trunk Hill. The hill is the symbol of Guilin and it looks like a giant elephant drinking water from Li River. Followed tour to the Reed Flute Cave, which is fantastic stalactites & stalagmites formation, and known as "Natural Art Gallery".

    The afternoon is your free time. You can explore the city on your own, some recommended places are: the lakes in the city area, Liberation Bridge, Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, East and West Lane etc. all these places are not far from the Elephant Trunk Hill. You can walk to these places within 5-15 minutes.

  • Day5 Guilin/Yangshuo

    Activities for today: Li River Cruise, West Street

    In the morning drive to Zhujiang Pier. We will aboard a ship to enjoy 4 hours wonderful cruise along the beautiful Li River. Arrive in the small town Yangshuo around 13:00. Check in your hotel and free afternoon for your own exploration (perhaps strolling or shopping for some souvenirs along the West Street).

  • Day6 Yangshuo/ Longsheng

    Activities for today: Huangluo Yao Ethnic Village, Ping'an Zhuang Ethnic Village, Longsheng Rice Terraces

    After breakfast,drive about 4 hrs to Longsheng, home to Yao and Zhanguang people and the breathtaking Longji Rice Terraces. On the way visit the minority tribe – Huangluo Yao Ethnic Village. As your car is requested to stop at the parking lot, you will have to walk for about 30 minutes from the parking lot to your hotel in Ping'an Zhuang Ethnic Village along a flagstone road. Check in your hotel and have a rest. Walk around to take photos of the breathtaking rice terraces and view sunset if weather permits.

  • Day7 Longsheng/Guilin

    Activities for today: Ping'an Zhuang Ethnic Village, Ancient Zhuang Ethnic Village, airport transfer (Guilin)

    Weather permitting we'll view sunrise in the village. The following morning hike 1.5-2 hrs to visit the beautiful Ancient Zhuang Ethnic Village. It really deserves a short hiking tour in the Rice Terraces Area. Later, head off to Guilin Liangjiang International Airport for the flight to your next destination.

Between airports / railway station, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing in the cities specified in the itinerary by the private air conditioned vehicle with driver and English-speaking guide. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges.

Normal sightseeing activities as outlined in the Itinerary will be escorted with English-speaking guide.
The English-speaking guide and driver of each city accompany you throughout the entire tour in that city. They do not fly with you from one city to another.

Service based on two adults sharing on one standard twin/double-bed room (cabin); solo travelers or those who want to occupy one twin/double-bed room/cabin of their own are required to pay additional charge of single supplement rate. A single room (cabin) is subject to availability based on prior request at an additional cost; if the recommended hotel is not available, it will be substituted by a similar class one.
